Wasim Taskeen
Wasim joined Chambers in 2002 and specialises in Chancery
and commercial litigation. His Chancery practice encompasses all aspects
of property, including boundary disputes and trespass and nuisance to
residential property. Wasim also has experience of insolvency law including
personal bankruptcy proceedings, winding up and other company related
applications.
Wasim has had experience of various commercial matters,
including commercial contracts and sale of goods disputes. His work in
this area has been for both corporate and individual clients and has included
the drafting of documents for use in court proceedings.
He appears regularly in the County Court on applications
and trials, (including injunction applications), and has experience of
High Court applications work.
Wasim is passionate about food (both cooking and eating),
especially that of the Mogul Empire. He is a keen reader and enjoys world
cinema and music
