Sean Kelly

 

Sean has a Chancery/Commercial practice with a particular emphasis on professional negligence claims relating to solicitors and accountants (including company and business sales), partnership and shareholder disputes (including directors' duties, section 459 proceedings and minority shareholder rights) and technologically based disputes including construction and TCC work.

In addition to dealing with litigation in the above areas Sean has considerable experience in drafting standard terms and conditions, share sale agreements and company documentation.
