Richard Moore
Before joining Chambers Richard worked in the Litigation
Department of Ashurst Morris Crisp where he gained invaluable experience
and a good insight into the requirements of solicitors and large scale
litigation. Prior to that he was involved in a major commercial case for
a 'Big Four' accountancy firm arising out of the insolvency of a computer
company.
Richard joined Chambers in 2001 and specialises in
all aspects of Chancery and commercial litigation.He appears in both the High Court and County Court
undertaking company law, insolvency both corporate and personal, and all
aspects of landlord and tenant, in particular commercial leases. His experience
of real property encompasses easements, covenants, resulting and constructive
trusts, conveyancing and boundary disputes. His practice also comprises
non-contentious work, in particular the drafting of wills and trusts.
He enjoys the cinema, computer games, reading, classical
music and war games. |
