Michael Mulholland
Before commencing practice Michael lectured in Law
at Leicester University. He joined 11 Kings Bench Walk, practising on
the North Eastern Circuit.
Michael joined St. James's Chambers in 1994. His practice
is varied and
wide-ranging, encompassing all aspects of commercial litigation.
He is regularly instructed in the areas of education law, employment law
(in particular employee covenants, confidentiality and restraint of trade),
sale of goods and professional negligence, particularly involving solicitors.
He is recommended in The Legal 500 in the field of employment law.In addition, he has a special interest in areas where
chancery and family law overlap. Thus, he is well known for his expertise
in
co-habitation disputes and he is also regularly instructed in family
provision cases.
