Jonathan Smith

 

 

Jonathan Smith joined St.James's Chambers in September 2003.

His practice is traditional chancery and commercial litigation, and he undertakes a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious work in the areas of company, partnership, insolvency, property, probate and trusts.

His practice also includes, housing, commercial landlord & tenant with a particular emphasis on business tenancy renewals and rent review clauses, and professional negligence focussing on solicitors and accountants.
