Joseph Mulderig
Joseph undertook his pupillage in St. James's Chambers and
became a tenant in 2003.
Before transferring to the Bar, Joseph practised as a solicitor
for seven years, specialising in civil and employment litigation, and
attained partnership status.
Joseph's practice, both as a solicitor and at the Bar, has
covered a wide range of common law and commercial litigation but with
a particular emphasis on personal injury and employment.
His personal injury practice encompasses all aspects of
personal injury litigation and he regularly appears in the County Court
on trials, disposals and all types of interim hearings. In addition Joseph
regularly appears before the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel.
Joseph practices in all areas of employment law and regularly
appears before the Employment Tribunal for both applicants and respondents.
He has received instructions from a broad range of clients including Plcs,
companies, private individuals and a trade union. In addition he has experience
of Employment Appeal Tribunal work.
Joseph is a keen football fan and enjoys music, reading,
travel and cinema.
