Elahe Youshani

 

Elahe was born and brought up in Manchester before completing her BVC in London. She became a member of chambers in September 2006, after completing her 12-month pupillage.

Elahe has a wide-ranging civil practice and has a particular interest in all aspects of employment law and personal injury. She acts on behalf of Claimants, Defendant solicitors and insurers and Respondents.

Her employment work covers unfair, wrongful and constructive dismissal in addition to all forms of discrimination.

In relation to personal injury litigation, she undertakes cases involving road traffic accidents, employers' liability, highways claims and occupiers' liability.

She appears on trials, disposals, all types of applications and interim hearings, both on and off circuit. Further to this, Elahe is dedicated to providing a quick and efficient turnaround on paperwork, providing clear yet thorough, practical and friendly advice.

Elahe is bilingual in English and Persian. She has a keen interest in a diverse variety of music and enjoys playing the piano and violin. She is also an avid Manchester United supporter and enjoys many sports; she plays hockey in her spare time and participated in the Great Manchester Run 2006.
