David Porter

David Porter has been a member of St. James's Chambers since 1980, practising in all areas of general traditional Chancery work with an emphasis on property and trusts. David undertakes all aspects of Chancery litigation and also the drafting of documentation in respect of trusts, settlements and wills.

Areas commonly covered in litigation include landlord and tenant in particular, easements including rights of light, constructive trusts and joint ownership, partnership and probate. He also undertakes company work including minority shareholder disputes, directors disqualification and insolvency.

David enjoys playing golf and watching cricket and football.
