Profile

Brad has extensive experience of professional negligence matters, focusing predominantly on claims against solicitors, barristers and insolvency practitioners, although he will consider instructions in any commercial related matter.

He acts for both claimants and defendants, as well as defendant insurers, and is instructed by one of the leading specialist professional indemnity firms in the country.

Utilising his expertise and experience in personal and corporate insolvency, Brad has a special interest in professional negligence claims with an insolvency dimension. He was recently instructed in a high value dispute between a large national retailer and a firm of solicitors, arising out of an administration pre-pack sale. He also has experience of negligence and breach of duty claims against insolvency practitioners.

Brad undertakes advisory and drafting work in professional negligence claims and is able to give pragmatic advice as a matter of urgency. He has run a number of professional trials, and, as with the rest of his practice, his focus is on litigation.
