Alisan Bilsland

Alisan has been a tenant since 2001. She practices primarily in the fields of personal injury and employment, although she has had a broad grounding in all areas of civil law. Throughout her practice Alisan¹s experience includes advising and drafting.

Alisan undertakes a wide range of personal injury matters in road traffic (including MIB), Occupiers and Employers Liability and highway claims. Having represented Claimants and Defendants Alisan is an experienced trial advocate.

One of her increasing areas of practice involves RTA fraud / Insurance Fraud litigation.

In her employment practice Alisan has made frequent tribunal appearances for both Applicants and Respondents. Her practice includes both unfair and wrongful dismissal and discrimination issues.

Alisan presents CPD accredited seminars in both PI and Employment.

Sailing, travel and learning new languages keep Alisan occupied in her spare time.
